The Support Assistant is responsible for communicating with existing and prospective clients via live chat, email and social channels to answer questions, complete admin tasks and address client requests. If you are a helpful, patient and respectful person with a passion to assist others and solve problems, this role may be perfect for you. Support Assistants have the freedom to work on their own terms with no physical attendance, but must be online and available during the hours specified.
Responsibilities:
- Answering questions and communicating with clients on various platforms.
- Being on hand to assist existing and prospective clients with friendly support which goes above the expected support standards.
- Understanding and catering for specific needs of clients to swiftly solve problems with accounts, payouts and other questions.
- Using Stocknet Institute’s back-end systems to serve clients promptly and efficiently.Â
Requirements:Â
- Significant experience in client facing or support related roles.
- Native level written English language capabilities, exceptional grammar and spelling.
- Proficiency in various languages is a bonus but not a requirement.
- Fast learner with good IT proficiency and experience.
- Strong focus with no tendency to become distracted over longer periods of time.
- A robust understanding of trading, foreign exchange markets and trading technology is a necessity.
